Our boutique chalets are as unique as our guests and by that, we mean they’re something very special! Crackling fires, fragrant wood, panoramic views of Lungau’s mountains…that’s your special place to come home to. Each st martin chalet is named after an indigenous tree and each one is very slightly different. The timber built, chocolate-box style st martin chalets nestle together around the communal central buildings just like a real mountain alm village.

No piece of the interior reclaimed timber is identical which was lovingly salvaged and restored before finding it’s new place in the furniture, walls and beams. The chalets are 99% free of lacquers, varnishes and artificial materials even the insulation is from Austrian mountain sheep. The moment you step inside you’ll feel at home…there’s just one problem, you won’t want to leave!

Did we mention the walls and roof of the chalets is filled with 100% fluffy Austrian sheep’s wool? Combined with the cosy warmth of real fires and the wattle and daub type plaster on the walls creates an serene environment to really unwind, relax and sleep long and deep.
