We live in a little piece of heaven - in one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in Salzburg, in the UNESCO designated Biosphere in Lungau. This designation guarantees a 100% genuine holiday experience, far from the madding crowd.

Lungau folk assign special importance to living together in a respectful and loving way, as well as a symbiotic relationship with nature and the environment. We value in particular the quality of our Lungau regional catering and we will always shop locally, supporting our local suppliers and sustainable businesses.
A Cosy Homely Feeling
Our authentic chalets are made of natural Austrian timber, as well as ancient (some of it over 300 years old!) recycled wood from Lungau farmhouses. The chalets are insulated with sheep's wool and we've used no varnish, MDF or chipboard. The individually designed & hand-built chalets are the perfect place to relax, regenerate and just feel good. Despite their rustic style, each luxury chalet is equipped to the very highest of standards.

You can (and will want to) enjoy our chalets the whole year round, for every season is multifacetted and has its own attraction. In the spring, nature comes to life in st martin chalets in the Lungau mountains. Become part of it, watch the flowers and meadows bloom. We love the autumn months for hiking and cycling, enjoy this season of golden glowing larches: when nature slows down her pace, so do we! And then, of course, there's the fantastic snowy winters where the flora and fauna sleep undisturbed under a thick white blanket and crowds of happy winter guests are outdoors playing!
