For visitors who like the idea of flying, Lungau is the perfect destination. We have a number of airfields offering pleasure flights, plus remote controlled planes and towed flights in gliders and hang gliders.

Herby is not only a member of the local flying club and a keen flyer, he's also able to take guests on pleasure flights. He's been flying for more than 20 years now – first without an engine and then moving on to do his private pilot's licence.
