Two lovely old houses in St Michael are being demolished but Herby's on the case, salvaging the hand-planed beams for the next St Martin Chalet!

Our chalets are a lovely mixture of new and old wood and we've sourced some gorgeous old doors, hinges and fittings. Sometimes we even find ourselves with bits that we need to find a home for. Herby picked up the most amazing door - about 3 inches thick and huge - big enough for Hagrid!! Trouble was, we had nowhere to put it. Dont' worry though, we'll find space somewhere!!
